BISBEE Two U.S. Border Patrol agents communicated by radio with agent Nicholas Ivie prior to the Oct. 2 shooting that resulted in his death in a remote area of southern Cochise County, based on information released by the Sheriffs Office on Friday. Several reports totaling 39 pages were released to the media after a public records request. Some information in the documents has been redacted, including the names of the surviving agents and most ballistics evidence.
